Manufacturing technologies and processes

Automated single wires processing:

  • Wires cutting, stripping, crimping (AWG11 to 32)
  • Single crimp
  • Double crimp
  • Crimp with installed seal
  • Wire tinning
  • Wire marking by printing (BK, WH)

Automated cutting and stripping operations:

  • Wires of different cross-sections (AWG11 to 32)
  • Flat cables with different pitch
  • Round profile cables (up to  ∅ 22mm)

Crimping and pressing:

  • Semi-automated machines for crimping and pressing
  • Processing of large range of electric and electronic components of different well-known suppliers (TE connectivity, JST, Molex, Stocko, Lumberg, Hirose, ITT Canon…)

Stripping:

  • Stripping wires of different cross-sections
  • Flat cable stripping with different pitch

Bandaging:

  • Programmable automatic machines for tape wrapping
  • Semi-automated and manual tape wrapping
  • Using different protection materials (tapes, tubes, corrugated tubes, braided hoses, heat-shrink tubes)

Soldering:

  • Stripping wires of different cross-sections
  • Flat cable stripping with different pitch

Resistance welding:

  • Joining of temperature-sensitive electronic components with small cross-sections
  • Semi-automatic AC & DC welders built for high series production

Ultrasonic welding:

  • Joining of wide range of cross-sections with excellent electrical properties of the joint,
  • Wire-wire and Wire-Terminal application

Injection moulding:

  • Overmoulds with plastics – shot size of maximum 30g for PVC
  • Injection moulds and jigs are sourced locally

Low pressure overmoulding:

  • Overmoulding with help of Nordson applicator – material used: Hotmelt, Thermelt…

Printing:

  • Printing on different materials (connectors, wires, cables…) (BK, WH, YE)

Testing:

  • Semi-automated and manual electrical test
  • High voltage test
  • Crimping process control (Pull out force test, crimp cross-sectional control…)
